Every employee at AGHI is trained regarding the above mentioned principles, both before working with personal information and on an on-going basis in order to maintain compliance with all relevant legislation.
AGHI follows the privacy principles outlined

AGHI is responsible for personal information under its custody or
control and has designated a Privacy Officer who is accountable for AGHI's
compliance with these principles.
AGHI will identify the purposes for which any personal information is collected at or before the time the personal information is collected.
The knowledge and consent of the individual are required for the collection, use or disclosure of personal information, unless a specific exclusion applies.
The collection of personal information is limited to that which is
necessary for the purposes identified by AGHI.
Personal information related to AGHI, its employees, clients, customers, suppliers, debtors or any other individuals will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties or used for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with the consent of the individual or as required by law. Personal information will be retained only as long as necessary for the fulfilment of those purposes. Personal information will be processed in a fair and lawful manner.
Upon request, an individual will be informed of the existence, use and disclosure of his or her personal information and will be given access to that information. An individual will be able to challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information and have it amended as appropriate.
Personal information will be as accurate, complete and up-to-date as is necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used.
AGHI uses security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the
personal information that it collects.
AGHI will make available to individuals specific information about its policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
An individual will be able to address a challenge concerning compliance with the above principles to the Privacy Officer.
